Those who consume chocolates have less chances of suffering from heart diseases – A scientist from university of Aberdeen says that every day by eating 7-100gm of chocolate can bring benefits to your health.
It has been found that people who love to eat chocolate visit the hospital less than those who don’t like to eat – they also have only 23% of heart disease less than the one who don’t love to eat chocolate. Before this research there were a concept that by throwing out chocolate from your diet can decrease the cardio-vascular disease but after that people were surprised to know that by adding chocolate in your diet makes you fit and can have the balance between the muscular body and weight, less chances of diabetes and you can do your everyday activities without any difficulty. Therefore it is good to keep the chocolate in your diet (without hydrogenized fat).
